Terms and Conditions

  1. By submitting the form for booking an appointment, you are giving consent to Panacea Care Diagnostics Health Advisors to call you back at a time that suits you.

  2. After you make a booking, a well-trained phlebotomist (sample collector) will visit you at the time and address you choose to collect your samples.

  3. Your sample will be transported to the nearest Panacea Care Diagnostics facility where it will be centrifuged before lab processing.

  4. Upon completion of the testing, a report will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. You can also download the report from the Panacea Care Diagnostics website.

  5. Patients who wish to collect hard copies of their reports MUST either collect them from the Main Lab or pay the necessary courier charges for delivery.

  6. Panacea Care Diagnostics reserves the right to add, alter, withdraw, modify, or vary any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time, at its sole discretion. These changes shall be binding on the customer at all times.

  7. Panacea Care Diagnostics offers exclusive and customized health diagnostic packages known as 'Popular Test/Packages' through its lab/pathology manual of services.

  8. By submitting the for booking an appointment and entering your phone number you agree and allow Panacea Care Diagnostics to (1) Call you back among other things for promotion purposes, offering discounts, other service delivery-related issues and/or to assist you in fulfilling your diagnostic test requirement(s). (2) Allow us to send you (a) text notifications, (b) text marketing offers and (c) health check-up reminders.

  9. If you, at any time, wish to discontinue receiving communications from us, you agree to notify the organization by email.

  10. Patients and customers who plan to take various tests are advised to visit the Panacea Care Diagnostics Website or Mobile website and go through the list of instructions/guidelines provided there before proceeding.

  11. In case the representative of the organization fails to collect the sample during the selected time slot, the patient should immediately notify Panacea Care Diagnostics through the appropriate organization’s website features or by calling them.

  12. Please note that any issues related to website content, copyright, or any medicolegal issues concerning the patient are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

  13. Regardless of the device or medium used to access the Website/Mobile website, including mobile, laptop, smartphone, or tablet, the customer is bound by these terms and conditions.

  14. The organization should provide various payment options for customers to pay for their services. These payment options may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI/QR, and Netbanking.
