Dr. Vikrant Sangar's unwavering dedication is focused on delivering healthcare services that are both high-quality and affordable.
He completed his graduation in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, followed by a post-graduation in Medical Oncology in the UK in 2007. His journey continued with a specialization in HPV vaccines for his doctoral degree at Maharashtra’s esteemed government hospital and college, B J Medical College, Pune, where he showcased his research in international journals and conferences.
Following this, he served as a scientific officer in various government and international organisations, contributing significantly to over 50 international publications covering a wide array of topics including HPV, HPV vaccines, Dengue, Cancer tumour cells, forensic science, bioinformatics, vaccine development, and CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
In 2017, leveraging his extensive experience in diagnostics and research, Dr. Vikrant Sangar established his startup, Panacea Care Diagnostics, strategically located in the heart of Mumbai City at Dadar Shivaji Park. His vision incorporated both fundamental and cutting-edge technologies to provide patients with superior services and the quickest turnaround time. His outstanding contributions were acknowledged in 2018 when he was awarded the Young Entrepreneur prize by the prestigious D Y Patil University for his remarkable work in the diagnostic domain.

During the COVID-19 wave, Dr. Vikrant and his team at Panacea Care Diagnostics worked tirelessly and passionately to serve 4 lakh patients smoothly in and around Mumbai with government officials. They partnered with TATA's TATA MD group to conduct RT-PCR testing, ensuring efficient and accurate diagnosis during this challenging time.
